Start by placing your order and selecting the number of characters you’d like featured in your custom action figure portrait. For multiple customizations, select the total quantity in one order (e.g., 3 people = Qty 3).

𝟮) Upload Photo
Once you've checked out, send us a message with everything we need to begin your design.

𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼: Please provide a clear, well-lit full-body or half-body photo. Standing poses usually work best for the action figure look! Include up to 5 accessories that reflect your personality—like a coffee mug, guitar, pet, laptop, book, or a favorite tool.

𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Let us know what name or phrase you’d like on the packaging—think fun titles like "Super Dad," "Office Hero [Name]," or just the person's name.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲: Want the outfit in the photo, or something custom? Just let us know! You can describe anything from a superhero costume to a specific uniform or casual look. Our Emali: anidoolife@gmail.com.

Design will be send between 𝟐𝟒-𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐫𝐬 from the time of purchase. We’ll use your details to create a digital proof of your action figure design. You’ll get to preview it and request changes if needed—your satisfaction is our top priority!

𝟒) 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞
Once approved, we’ll send you a high-resolution digital file ready for printing. If you have ordered a physical product, it will be shipped approximately 15 days after you confirm the pictures. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from the system containing the tracking number.

If you receive a damaged product, please record a short video of the damaged item and send it to us. For any issues, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
